Last week my son had an incident with his bike that required a significant repair. I brought the bike in and Bob immediately met me. After explaining what I had, what needed to be done and my limited budget, he said he would get it up and running. Here's the crazy cool part. I get a call a couple hours later that the bike is done! He knew my son needed a quick turn around and just got it done. Not only that, but he went through the bike, fixed a few other minor things and kept in my budget! This isn't the first time I've had amazing customer service here either. But hats off to Bob for the over the top customer service!

I've always had great service at Appleton's Wheel and Sprocket but yesterday they really went above and beyond. Korey was exceptionally helpful. I was having an issue with my bike rack and he came out to the parking lot to assist me and got me on my way quickly with my bike safely attached. That's what I would classify as "excellent customer service", thank you Korey!

I just bought the trek Roscoe 8 from wheel and sprocket and this was the best purchase I have ever made the Roscoe 8 dominates roots rocks, and everything that you put on it with 140 mm of front travel. This thing is a sure beast on any type of trail and cannot wait for more riding adventures with the trek Roscoe eight I’m super appreciative of the amazing staff at Wheel-and sprocket Super knowledgeable and are willing to help you with any of your questions amazing place to buy a bike from thank you, John and the team of wheels and sprocket for helping me out and choosing the right bike. Spectacular service. We were in the market for eBikes and set up an appointment with Ryan at the Appleton location. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He asked what we were looking for and suggested bikes that we may like vs telling us what we would want. We were able to check out, discuss, and test ride several brands and models. We purchased two bikes and a bike rack. Ryan assembled that and got us on the road with one of our bikes. The other bike had to be ordered. We live 3+ hours from the store. When the second bike came in, Dan called stating he was heading our way and offered to deliver and set up the bike to fit. He, too, was professional, helpful and friendly. This store knows customer service, well worth the 3+ hour drive. Kudos to you all!!
