Trying to make a donation of coats and other items that you said you needed. I called stating I was coming and noone answers the door when I arrive. Ring the doorbell, noone answers the door. I call the number on the door & they ignore the call. 2 workers sitting inside run away from the desk and ignore me at the door.
What in the world? Trying to make a donation!!!! Ridiculous

I have watched and been involved with World Relief for 10 years (not an employee myself) and can’t tell you all that these people have done for those in need! There would be hundreds of 5 stars reviews if those the refugees they served were people who wrote reviews on the internet. Instead, I have witnessed the many hugs, tears, meals, cards and praises that the refugees they serve had shared! Truly, an amazing experience to be apart of! Truly, amazing people who work there!

Some people who work there shouldn’t be employed in a position where they help other human beings. Very rude, very inhumane, and very dismissive.
