Great customer service, very knowledgeable! Went back years after I had a remote start installed for help diagnosing an electrical issue. The issue was unrelated to the install but they investigated it at no charge after the dealer refused to work on it until the remote start was removed. 10/10 would recommend!

Matt installed a remote start in my wife’s 2008 Mazda3 in like 2010. The remote start died about 6 or so years ago, and it wasn’t a big deal, as the lock/unlock feature worked, so never followed up on it. My bad.Put in a new battery yesterday, and things went wacky with the electronics. Was just going to have the system removed and go on from there.So before I did that, I stopped by and talked to Matt about what was going on.Long story short, Matt pulled the car in, diagnosed the problem, found an old salvaged part, replaced it and fixed the whole system.Asked how much I owed him, said nothing as he stands behind his work.After like 14 years!This is a guy who deserves you business.Thanks Matt.
