Hailey was incredible. Helpful without being pushy. Knowledgeable about the product and very perceptive. She found the perfect wedding band to go with the engagement ring on the first try. We've been getting a lot of compliments. Would recommend the Fox River Mall Zales experience to anyone.

Bought a ring back in May, didn’t fit. Had to return it. For me to return it, I had to purchase a new ring and because I bought it during a sale, they didn’t honor the sale price. Bought the new ring, got it in June. Guess what, it’s broken. For me to exchange it, I have to purchase a new ring with a new warranty. Once the new ring arrives, then I would receive my refund for the new ring I purchased. Make it make sense?!? There is no point in the warranty. Won’t be returning. Save yourself the headache. Kesslers is down the road! It’ll be worth your time!

Had an AMAZING experience with Martin Ferreira, as well as the other 2 lovely ladies who helped me even tho I came in fairly close to closing time because my rings that I had ordered didn’t fit right together. Even tho it was close to closing time, all 3 associates stayed late and were patient and kind. They helped me pick out a different wrap ring for around my main ring. By the time I was leaving, I was even more in love with my ring than I was with the original version. Huge thank you to all of them for their help!

Don’t EVER waste your time here!! My fiance bought me two bracelets & my wedding set, one bracelet broke in half within having for maybe 72 hours AND THEN my WEDDING SET DIAMOND popped out during my ceremony (luckily found) and now instead of giving me some type of compensation for TWO of the three pieces being completely jacked they want me to pay out of pocket for them to do thing!

Terrible experience every time we have to go here. My husband ordered me a Disney ring online and we took it in to get it sized. That took a month to get back. Not even a week after we got it back the main large stone fell out. The employee said 2 words to us when we took it back in for repair. A month later we got the ring back after paying for the stone (which we were told at the store there was no cost) and the main stone is a different color than the original, the tiny stones are also a different color, there's also major scratches on the inside of the ring. The employees are young, have no customer service skills at all, and are too busy talking to each other instead of helping customers. Now unfortunately we have to return to the store again and see if they will make this right.

I went into ZALES already knowing I wanted to purchase an engagement ring. I had went to a few prior jewelry stores before ZALES and nothing felt right. I did find some stunning other rings, and good customer service, but nothing like ZALES. As soon as I was present at the ZALES location in the Fox River Mall, they made me feel less like a customer and more like a guest. All of the employees there took the time to sincerely assist me in selecting the right ring that we knew my fiancée would love, and made sure I was comfortable with it. They helped with any financial assistance, quality questions, and truly made me feel as though I was part of the ZALES family. My parents purchased their engagement and wedding bands here, and also decided to do the trade in/trade up promotion and had nothing other than a positive experience. I will always use this jewelry store for all my diamond needs for my future wife. Not only did they make me the sizing process seamless, they also made the drop off and delivery seamless. They made it easy, pain free, and fun. I feel as though I can trust them with my ring, my future purchases, and advice on what a woman wants haha!
