They identified the issue—a catastrophic failure of my ignition coils (they were literally melting!).
Juan, Jose, and the mechanic George were nothing short of lifesavers. They quickly identified the problem, got me the parts I needed, and installed them on the spot. Amazingly, they had my car up and running within half an hour, and they only charged me for the parts—no labor costs.
Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help a stranded customer almost two hours from home so late in the day truly astonished me.
