They didn’t process an online transfer for 4 days, but still let charges come out of my account and then charged me an overdraft fee because they took their time to approve my transfer from my savings account to my checking account. They refused to reverse the over draft fee because their system only displayed the time the transfer was processed, not the time I made the transfer through the app. They said I can’t prove what time I actually made the transfer even though it was processed around 5:50 pm, after the bank had closed for the day, and after I was already at work that specific day. They’ve also made some policy changes without properly informing me of the changes and transferred money between my accounts without my authorization.I’m closing my account that I’ve had for 18 years after I make sure all of my direct deposits and automatic payments changes have been processed and I recommend choosing a different bank to do business with.
