The owner lives on site and is on the grounds daily, making sure everything is secure. The building is accessible and visible from the highway, and the driveway, grounds, and building are well maintained. Customers report the best service, describing the owner as great, awesome, accommodating, and easy to work with. Communication is great, with quick responses to calls and helpful reminders. The units are nice, new, clean, and ready. The process is convenient, with total access when needed. The price is very reasonable and right. Many highly recommend Payless Storage and state they will definitely go back. It is conveniently located just off US Highway 14, approximately 35 minutes west of Madison, between Arena and Spring Green.

This place is great. All the units are new and there’s plenty of space to drive around. Prices are the best we found in the area. Easy to set up and worked with us to get the right unit.
