“On November 3, 2015, I was one of the "lucky" travelers (Minnesota) passing through Crandon, Wisconsin to run over the infamous stop sign at the intersections of Hwy 8 and Hwy 32. Troy responded to a call from the local police, towed my car to his shop, identified the problem, ordered the parts and repaired the damaged tie rod, gave me a free loaner car to get around town until the work was done, put my needs at the top of his list and got me back on the road quickly and painlessly. I've read many stories about unscrupulous businesses taking advantage of people like me and I was holding my breath to see how much the bill was going to be. They say you can tell the integrity of a man by what he does when nobody is around to see what he's doing. My experience with Troy is that he is a man of integrity and honesty.
