Dicks RV-The small “hometown” business feel!!! Lon Gronseth was fantastic! We were first time RV camper buyers. Lon was patient, empathetic, listened to our needs, and was very educational throughout the buying process. My wife and I felt no pressure whatsoever during our buying experience. I would like to commend Drew as well. Drew helped us with our walk around and patiently showed us everything we needed to know to pull out of the dealership safely and teach us a safe unhook and setup at home. Thank you to Casey for the ease of financing, and also thank you to Tyler for making us feel welcome as well. Dicks RV and their entire staff delivered my wife and I a five star service experience. As of today we are now proud owners of a 2017 camper thanks to Dicks! They were very easy to work with and knowledgeable on the whole process. We mostly worked with Casey and he’s outstanding! He was looking out for what was best for us and honestly just a very kind person. We will definitely recommend Dicks to everyone.

We took our Solitude in for routine maintenance, check roof & undercarriage, winterizing & in just a few weeks they had it done. Great communication as they called 2 or 3 times regarding things they noticed. When we came to pick up, they brought it around so all we had to do was hook up & go. Definitely recommend this place.
