My husband and I had a 86 gallon pressure tank that served both sides of a townhouse leaking on a Friday! We ran around trying to find the proper sized fittings and NOWHERE had them! Arlington Hardware was so great! They had fittings that literally nobody else had and Home Depot said they couldn’t even get! She had us send her pics so she could get everything together before we got there and asked questions as well as answered all of ours!! They were a godsend!!! ON A SATURDAY!!! Bless you!!

These guys are awesome! I called them to come flush my water line. They came the next morning because I called too late in the day. They called me saying they'll be here within the hour, and they were. They flush my line, replaced my fawcett (I had one on hand). I asked them if they can replace the innards to my toilet, and they did it without hesitation. They were super nice and said they wouldn't charge me extra for talking their ears off ( I asked them) ? I will call them if I need them again without hesitation as well. You should too, they know what they are doing. Also, if you know anyone looking to make some good money, they're looking for people who want to work. They are quite busy because they are good at their job.

I built a house in 2019. Karl and Arlington Hardware came in on top for the plumbing portion of the project. I could have chosen a cheaper estimate, but I liked their decades of experience.First red flag came when I texted Karl a picture of the excavator starting to dig the frost walls. He responded by saying, "the job has begun".Two weeks later, backfilling happened. Walls started to go up. I talked to the well driller and he was asking where the 'blue' water pipe was that goes UNDER the frost wall before backfilling? I reply, I'm just the homeowner, that's why I hired experienced contractors.Come to find out, Karl had not taken the time to come out and put the 'blue' water pipe under the frost wall when it could have taken him 10 minutes to place it in the hole. I explicitly told Karl that I don't pay extra for someone else's mistakes, but when the first bill came in for the first phase of plumbing, there was a >$3000 charge for fixing that mistake. I asked them to take it off the bill, I paid them and we parted ways. But it didn't end there. The well driller came to look at the progress and Arlington Hardware had laid pex for the in floor heat. He took one look at it and showed me it had been installed wrong. He explained that the first pex run had been run along the entire front of the house and that by the time that run gets to the 3rd bedroom it wouldn't be maximizing the heating. Instead he explained that the pex should run toward and away from the outside wall to maximize the heating effect of the loop. That made a lot of sense.I started to NOT trust that Karl understood the science of hydronics so I decided to sit down with him to get a handle on what he had planned for the boiler and manifold for the in floor heating system. He showed me pictures of his most recent project that had been installed in a barn. The manifold system they had built from scratch was a monstrosity which looked like a Frankenstein machine and took up 10 feet of wall space. At that point I told Karl I would take care of the in floor heat from there on out.The next plumber had to work with the main plumbing backbone of the house that Arlington Hardware had started. Clean out vents which could have been hidden were placed in obvious locations. Traps which should have stopped sewer smells were not correctly installed, we figured out this mistake months after moving in. A special toilet had to be purchased for the ground floor because the waste pipe had been placed too close to the wall. One would expect that all of these mistakes should have been prevented by an experienced plumber. I think we were lucky to have gotten rid of Arlington Hardware when we did and would have been thousands of dollars ahead if we had let them go sooner.

In the last year they replaced our septic tank and connected a new well when others in the area said they were to busy or didn't bother to return my call. All done within a week after speaking with Carl. Kudos, great job! Highly recommended.Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Hired to fix our leaking sink. The technician said he couldn't find a leak and we ended up getting a bill for $110! Called to inform them the sink was still leaking. They said they won't come to look at it until we pay the $110 for the job they never completed in the first place. Wont be doing business here ever again.
