In September the truck we owned was totaled in an accident, so we were not ready to start looking for a new one at that time. We searched online and stopped at other dealerships to help find what we were looking for. Finally, on 10/17 we found one at Bell Ford. After dealing with others, the experience we had at Bell was first class. Joe did an excellent job in making sure we purchased the truck that would best suet or needs. He was also very thorough in going over all of the truck's features on the day of delivery. Lastly, we were impressed with Haydin who helped with the financing or our truck. When it comes time for our next vehicle purchase, we will make sure we stop at Bell first!!!

Very professional and great to work with. There wasn't any pressure from anyone. All my questions were answered. The optional warranty packages and the finance paperwork were explained in detail. I am loving my 2024 Escape. I would highly recommend Bell Ford!!

During our visit we met the service department-great individuals, the finance manager had all documents prepared to sign, explained reason for documents, finalized every in less than 10 minutes. This is the only place I take my vehicles. Technicians are all top notch. No job is too big or too small. They always have great prices on tires and no waiting in line to have them installed.

My first and second F150s are from Bell Ford... the first was new and this one is a used 2021 model that had some minor issues. Service staff listened to my concerns and drove the truck with me so they could identify the issues. Service would take 3-4 hours so they lent me a loaner car, and all issues were taken care of. This used truck is like new!

Great hometown dealership that cares about their customers. I never felt pushed into anything. I really appreciate the small business feel that I got from this dealership. I wasn't just a number that they were trying to rush through to get on to the next one. They took their time to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend this dealership as someone who has purchased probably a dozen new vehicles over the past couple of years and can tell you that this dealership stands out from the rest.
