Exceptional. Everyone was incredibly nice. They understood and got the job done even when I gave them complex directions. It’s a hard job in -2 degrees but they get. it. done. This towing company IS the best.

I called AAA for a tow and they sent brown's towing and the guy broke the plastic plate under the car while pulling it up on the bed. when he lowered the car to strap it up on the wheels instead I took a picture of the plastic pieces on the bed and a picture of the part that broke. And they claim it was pre-existing. But all the pieces were there on the bed of the tow truck. I heard it breaking he did as well that's why he strapped the wheels up instead.. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

A+ service ! Great experience ! I am so glad the police officer who stopped recommended and helped get AAA to have Browns be the towing company to be the one to respond to my call, I had to be towed from Leeds to Portage and the experience was great from beginning to end !

Wow! I am so impressed and grateful that AAA assigned me Brown's Services TPL. Scott was friendly, punctual, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He managed to tow not just one, but two large vehicles—a Sprinter van and a cargo van—an hour away to our mechanic, all in the same run. The conditions weren’t easy: our grass was wet, neither vehicle would start, and one of the passenger doors wouldn’t even close. Despite the challenges, Scott handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Scott and Brown's Services TPL to anyone in need of reliable, excellent service.

Fantastic. A tornado warning happened while we were waiting for the tow and they were very flexible and timely while valuing everyone's safety. So appreciative of their communication & responsiveness.

We needed a tow from a rest stop west of poynette, Wi. After a 4 hour wait for another company assigned by AAA our case was reassigned to Browns in Arlington. Superb customer and tow service from them. Within 20 minutes we had a call confirming driver’s name and ETA. Kyle arrived shortly thereafter. He was efficient with great & friendly communication. Provided lots of information about the area, repair services for our situation, rental car locations in close proximitry to our hotel. They were able to transport not only our vehicle and its 3 passengers but also our 2 huskies and cat.
Kyle snd Browns far exceeded our customer service and accommodation expectations on every measure. Kyle even apologized for our delay on behalf of AAA tho the delay had nothing to do with him/his company. We could not more highly recommend Browns. The epitomy of great customer service!

I broke down in Madison and called Brown’s towing. They came out immediately and towed me back to the dealership in Arlington. Scott was very courteous and very proficient at his job. Very good experience overall.

Started truck when told not to and ended up cause over thousand dollars in labor, went thru the ringer to try and get reimbursed they did everything in there power to say it wasn’t on them or that they didn’t start the the truck when I was litteraly right there, would not recommend these guys at all because if they mess something up they’ll do everything to not be held responsible there a joke!!!

GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you Kyle for sharing your knowledge & giving me some tips on my car. They are prompt, friendly & keep you informed on when they will be arriving, or if they are running late. They let me know when they had dropped it off at the garage. They were so prompt that the garage was able to still look that afternoon & get back to me with what was wrong with my car. Thank you Brown's & Kyle for the great customer service. I will definitely use them again & will recommend them to others.

Wow! This business goes above and beyond. Our tire blew out on mile marker 128 going 90 west near Madison and Tim came to rescue us within 15 minutes. I was so afraid as we were on the highway with our two small boys. Tim was incredible, reccomending tire shops and ways to get back on the road fast. We’re so grateful for Tim.
