I made one phone call here, asked to speak to a banker, I was sent to Jacob's voicemail due to him being busy with a customer, and he called me back within an hour. I spoke to him and explained my situation. He was very informative, straight to the point, and helped me out quickly and concisely. He also saved me time; I was thinking I would have to travel over an hour to meet with him regarding my situation.
