I tried Alli twice for a lash lift. I have had them very successfully in the past lasting 10-12 weeks. The second time I went in I let her know that it fell completely flat by the four week mark. I figured maybe there was a fluke and to give her one more chance. She said she would let it process longer and that if it happens again to reach out so she could fix it since it should last a minimum of 8 weeks. I let her know when the same thing happened and my suspicion was that the product she uses is not compatible with my lashes. She advised me that if it was the product they would have likely fallen flat by about a week and it is probably due to my lash cycle (even though I have had lifts last 2 - 3 times longer with a more experienced lash artist).
She told me to come in more frequently to get the service done (at a discounted rate), but having it done less than 6 weeks apart would just damage my lashes and they weren’t even lasting a full month. I let her know that my previous lash artist advised me to never get it done less than 6 weeks apart.
Alli changed her tone afterwards and agreed that I would need to wait a minimum of 6 weeks between appointments and that my lash lifts are likely not lasting as long due to the product she uses. She also became offended when I was talking about my previous lash artist with over 20 years of experience and the results I had with him.
Would not recommend when I can pay the same price for the service elsewhere and have it last three times longer.

Stylist: Ali did my lashes. Great experience everytime. Such a relaxing space, light and cheerful plus the table is very comfortable and lashes look fantastic!

I was very fortunate to have my hair colored and cut by the new associate May. I highly recommend her and Karma Salon! I'm very pleased with the overall experience, atmosphere, cost, and talent May has which resulted with my hair colored exactly as I wanted. I suggest booking with May!

This salon does not know how to schedule. Only go here if you have LOTS of time to sit and wait while your scheduled appointment time goes way past. This has happened multiple times. The first time I waited over an hour, and the second time I just walked out after 40 minutes. I have gone other places and waited 5 minutes or less from my scheduled time. This should be a walk-in salon because scheduling is clearly pointless here. Will not be returning.

I recently booked a wash, cut, and style for my 13-year-old daughter with stylist, Tryphena Kovach. My daughter enjoyed her experience at Karma, loves her new haircut, and said Tryphena was very nice.Hadn't been to Karma's new location prior to this. Although the new space is small, it is cozy and the staff are friendly.
