My girlfriends and I came in to get our nails done. The two that worked on us did a beautiful job on all of us. They were fun and we all laughed a lot. The atmosphere is nice and they are very professional. Will definitely be coming back :)

Absolutely love Queen Nails. They are very welcoming, And just great people. Every time I get my nails done and toenails I get what I want every time and they look amazing. I Recommend Queen nails for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Queen Nail and Spa while I was passing through the area over the summer, and I must say, they did an amazing job on a much-needed pedicure. The salon is extremely clean and has a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel relaxed. The staff were friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of the service was perfect.

This is an overdue review from back in April. I’ve had good experiences at this salon before and they have a lot of availability, so I booked appointments with my friend for our prom nails. I got a pedicure first and the young guy doing mine was tickling my feet and smiling/staring at me the whole time. It was very uncomfortable. Flash forward to the nails, he cut my long natural nails down without asking and it was too late for me to say anything. I requested a design and was rudely told he didn’t have the capabilities. I had to wait for another technician. She didn’t have the color I requested either and the alternatives were poor. She then told me I couldn’t get the same design I wanted because my nails were too short, when they were cut without my permission. Overall unpleasant experience and poorly done nails.

Was pretty disappointed with our experience today. We had a group of 3 adults and 2 kids and called for an appointment for manicures and pedicures for all of us. We waited 20 after our appointment time to get started. There were 3 staff members working, but instead of getting our group finished we sat and waited while one of the staff members worked on people who walked in without appointments instead of working on our group. Did not do a good job of removing callous to my heels even though I got the deluxe pedicure. Picture is my heel immediately AFTER my pedicure. Thick callous remains.

Terrible service
Nail work was OK.
Had a schedule appointment for 3 spa pedicures and manicures.
They were busy but said they could accommodate our appointment.
Kept having people walk in after us and said they could do their service and did them before working on us. Left one person to complete all 3 of our services so he was trying to jump between 3 people- just didn’t cut it.
Didn’t touch our heels (one specifically paid for the deluxe pedicure for calluses and did nothing for that), minimal cuticle work on the mani, none on the pedi. Polish should have had 2 coats to look appropriate and only put one.

I get you want to be busy, but take care of the customers you have in house!!! Won’t be back.

My first time here. People were very nice, the place was clean & prices fair. My pedicure was great! Just one thing, my toenails were cut too short & not even. I like the nails not too short, but more importantly I like my nails even & symmetrical on both feet, i.e. my big toenails should be the same length. I’ll go back and be clear about what I want.

I only go here for my nails and I usually always have a pleasant experience but my most recent time she absolutely gutted my cuticles! They hurt! I can totally understand accidentally nicking one cuticles but three? I can only hope now an infection doesn't occur.
