Called to see on getting a front end alignment on my truck. The guy that answered the phone sounded like he was not interested and was very short in his answer. Sort of a rude attitude. Sounded like a young kid possibly. But first impression on customer service was not good.

I forgot to Posta good revion Ken yesterday but I'm doing it now.my job consists in going to different states my jeep messed up on me out here.it was the electric control throttle warning and the electronic stability control indicator ,I called do many mechanic shops and they were all book for 2 weeks.i even call Ken and his dad was saying they were book until Ken gave me a call back and ask me what was the problem I told him my situation and that I have to leave Monday he said were off weekends but I'll work Saturday if I have to so you can have your jeep ready on the road Monday just leave it here so I'm expecting till monday to pick up my jeep and in less 2 hours he calls me back and said I have truck ready for you I drove it around and your good to go I was in shock how much that man cares about his customers.ken your the man thank you for helping me out

Take you car here. 10/10 recommend. Had a bearing go out on me and this was one of the places that could do it soonest which is what brought me there. They fixed bearing and were flexible on the timing/logistics of my schedule. I was very impressed when I went in and they talked me through what they found me and showed me the old parts. I would highly recommend them for any issues, repairs or even maintenance in the Ashland area. I would return here in a heartbeat.

I had noticed a flapping sound under my Kia Sorento while driving on the interstate. When I got to our destination in Ashland, I stopped at Ken's Auto to see if they could take a look at it. It was examined and fixed in 15-20 minutes and I was charged a very fair amount for the work. The sound is gone now. I would definitely return as service and friendliness were both great.Services: Auto body & trim repair

We have a Subaru and a Prius that are past warranty and we have all of our typical maintenance (filters/brakes/tires/code checks/etc.) done here. They are honest and do great work. If they aren't equipped to do a major job, they'll tell you. The local car dealers overcharge to do regular car maintenance stuff and some of the other shops in town we've had bad experiences with, but not Ken Sr. or Ken Jr. If you're looking for a place you can trust, this is the place.
