He looked at my phone and in about 2minutes he fixed it. AND THEN THERE WAS NO CHARGE! I definitely will go back with phone issues and highly recommend this business.”

“I went into the store very upset with the service I received through the Verizon Customer Service phone number, and my loss of cell service because of it!! Isabella greeted me kindly and I replied “I am upset and I will do my best to be nice”. She immediately apologized (for their error) and assured me she would make it right, and I believed her and immediately my frustration diminished. I was there quite awhile, as she went through many steps and red tape. She was the absolute kindest representative I have met in the mobile phone business. She went above and beyond any of my expectations, and I can’t even begin to express my gratitude! Thank you Isabella ☺️”
