I ordered a part that should have came ups but the vendor sent it through the mail and I don't have mail delivery. So the package got sent here and they were very helpful and tracking it down and getting it to me. From the people at the counter to the postmaster I have nothing but good things to say thank you for your help!

My first time in here, and first time mailing a package out. I had a good experience, both ladies at the counter were very nice. My only complaint is, both pens for public use are out of ink so i had to ask for one at the counter.

If i could give zero stars i would! Every time lately that i have come in to this post office needing to mail something off, The older woman has been absolutely horrendous and rude. The staff sit around chatting not doing any actual work and act like a customer arriving for help is a complete inconvenience and they make you wait till they are done gossiping only to treat you like utter trash because HOW Dare I show up right when they are busy not doing anything. I have been nothing but polite to these people and just take the abuse of their attitudes, but its time i said something and Its time someone from higher up make the staff at this post office a little impromptu visit with a full week examination of how they behave to customers. The only person who seems to know what they are doing and is polite for the most part is the young red head lady. Its the older grey haired woman and the men who act like the world revolves around them and that how dare anyone interrupt their gossiping.

One of the worst customer service encounters I have ever been apart of. My girlfriend and I brought our own box to mail to the grandparents, just needed to write down the address and tape the the box. Seems easy and simple right? Nope. The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude. We didn’t have a marker with us. So the lady gave us attitude. We didn’t have tape. We got attitude. She slams everything down and gave us attitude over questions or concerns. Unfortunately from what I see from other reviews, this seems to be a trend. Something needs to be done.

The lady at the post office was very rude, and treated me like I was stupid. I was just trying to see If I can pick up a package. I get it's not a great job, but that doesn't mean you can be mean to your customers.

Horrible customer service. Package was stolen because the floor near the mailboxes is apparently a “secure location” in an apartment building.

I went in to pick up a package that said it was on hold at the request of the customer. I did not request this, but I figured it was no big deal because the post office is not even 5 minutes from where I live. When I went in to pick up my package I was treated with utmost disrespect. The lady behind the counter treated me like I was d*** and didn’t even seem to bother looking for my package. I don’t know what her problem is, but every time I’m there she treats customers so poorly. She should NOT be working in customer service. I’d recommend avoiding going here at all costs unless you wanted to be treated like dirt.

Not sure why but we only get mail delivered and picked up like 2 days out of the week. We live right in town and this has been a problem since we moved in. My bills sit in the mailbox waiting to be picked up and our mailman never comes. If he does, it’s after dark?! Never had such bad service with USPS

I AM 75 YO AND DISABLED YET THEY MOVE MY BOX 1/2 MILES FROM MY HOME .THE FURTHEST OF ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE TOWNSHOP.FOR 3 YEARS AND 6 PETITIONS MOST WITH NO RESPINSE I HAVE REQUESTED "HUMANE CONSIDERATION"BUT THE 1/3 MILE OFF THE MAIL ROUTE( I CAN SEE THEM) IS NOW 1.5 MILES AND MY ROAD IS "TOO HAZARDOUS" AFTER RECIEVING MAIL ON A TOWNSHIP ROAD EVEN 30 YEARS AGO-HOW TIME AND " HUMANE CONSIDERATIONS " HAVE CHANGED-Cherish Your elderly neighbors and citizens for there are some that dont or wont.
