One of the worst customer service encounters I have ever been apart of. My girlfriend and I brought our own box to mail to the grandparents, just needed to write down the address and tape the the box. Seems easy and simple right? Nope. The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude. We didn’t have a marker with us. So the lady gave us attitude. We didn’t have tape. We got attitude. She slams everything down and gave us attitude over questions or concerns. Unfortunately from what I see from other reviews, this seems to be a trend. Something needs to be done.

The lady at the post office was very rude, and treated me like I was stupid. I was just trying to see If I can pick up a package. I get it's not a great job, but that doesn't mean you can be mean to your customers.

Horrible customer service. Package was stolen because the floor near the mailboxes is apparently a “secure location” in an apartment building.

I went in to pick up a package that said it was on hold at the request of the customer. I did not request this, but I figured it was no big deal because the post office is not even 5 minutes from where I live. When I went in to pick up my package I was treated with utmost disrespect. The lady behind the counter treated me like I was d*** and didn’t even seem to bother looking for my package. I don’t know what her problem is, but every time I’m there she treats customers so poorly. She should NOT be working in customer service. I’d recommend avoiding going here at all costs unless you wanted to be treated like dirt.

Not sure why but we only get mail delivered and picked up like 2 days out of the week. We live right in town and this has been a problem since we moved in. My bills sit in the mailbox waiting to be picked up and our mailman never comes. If he does, it’s after dark?! Never had such bad service with USPS

I AM 75 YO AND DISABLED YET THEY MOVE MY BOX 1/2 MILES FROM MY HOME .THE FURTHEST OF ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE TOWNSHOP.FOR 3 YEARS AND 6 PETITIONS MOST WITH NO RESPINSE I HAVE REQUESTED "HUMANE CONSIDERATION"BUT THE 1/3 MILE OFF THE MAIL ROUTE( I CAN SEE THEM) IS NOW 1.5 MILES AND MY ROAD IS "TOO HAZARDOUS" AFTER RECIEVING MAIL ON A TOWNSHIP ROAD EVEN 30 YEARS AGO-HOW TIME AND " HUMANE CONSIDERATIONS " HAVE CHANGED-Cherish Your elderly neighbors and citizens for there are some that dont or wont.

Nothing but good experiences with this post office! They have really been patient and helped me understand how to properly package things and also coached me a bit on how to ship things from home. Thankful for all the help!

I’ve never had bad experience with post offices until this one. My partner ordered feeder insects for his reptiles and paid extra for 2 day shipping, but even though the company sent them out on time, they didn’t show up for 2 weeks. We went in on 2 separate occasions to be treated like we didn’t know what we were talking about just to have them realize that the package been there, but was never scanned into the system. If that had been the only time I experienced or heard of a similar story, I wouldn’t be writing this, but it seems everyone in this town has at least one experience like that. Predicting delivery dates are nearly impossible, even if you follow USPS guidelines on postage they will always tell you it’s not enough and charge you more, and even though I’ve always gone in with a polite and understanding attitude, I usually get belittled and treated like an inconvenience. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, so save yourself some headaches and try to avoid using their services whenever possible.

This post office is ridiculous. There is one lady that has an attitude and doesn't care about anything but her paycheck it seems. I have a small little P.O. box and they just have to stuff a giant paper in my box that fills it up to where there isn't room for any mail. Also they keep putting the wrong mail in my box. Maybe they need to go to mail delivery school because they can't get it right after three times of telling them my name is kaytlyn not any of the names on the pieces of the mail put in my box. They seem to look at the address and not the name. THAT IS NOT HOW MAIL WORKS. They have issues and need help or something because I dread having to go there becaus3 it will just be a giant pain in the a***

Total incompetence. I have filled out the form to have our mail held at least four times in the past year and still had mail and packages left in our mailbox and on the front porch. Every time I have spoken to the supervisor which is totally useless. When it happened again this past weekend for the fifth time he told me when I fill out the Hold Mail form next time I should put "Attention Jeff" on the form to make sure he sees it..................so unprofessional.
