I went into the store very upset with the service I received through the Verizon Customer Service phone number, and my loss of cell service because of it!!
Isabella greeted me kindly and I replied “I am upset and I will do my best to be nice”.
She immediately apologized (for their error) and assured me she would make it right, and I believed her and immediately my frustration diminished.
I was there quite awhile, as she went through many steps and red tape. She was the absolute kindest representative I have met in the mobile phone business. She went above and beyond any of my expectations, and I can’t even begin to express my gratitude!

Bait and switch! Salespersons David and Shelby started by explaining new phones and plans which was great. But once we ordered phones the prices changed, add on fees then got disclosed, and the pay ZERO per month for a third line option Shelby suggested has become a monthly cost. Finally we were assured that everything on our Android S21's would ALL transfer to the new iphones...NOT TRUE...lost data, lost apps, lost play lists etc. I had made numerous trips into their stor3 to work out the problems. They have not been returning calls to clear up their mistakes.

Mariah was so Awesome. We went in for an upgrade on one phone and ended up getting a family plan and 3 new devices. She is a great example of how customer service should be and she was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. So glad we stopped in.

Mariah G was so very helpful and was able to juggle all 8 customers at one time without making any one of us feel neglected or ignored! She not only singlehandedly addressed each one of our exclusive issues, she also trained a colleague on another line in a separate location. This girl needs a promotion NOW...either that a raise! Thanks Mariah, you gained Verizon a lifelong customer!

Stopped in twice to return an item ordered by the Duluth store. Instead of explaining that I could not return at that store he looked for my order in their system and said if he couldn’t see the order I couldn’t return it. He called someone and I could hear him say “She has a paper receipt and it says Verizon. “ and asked me a few times if I purchased it from Verizon. He made me feel like I was trying to swindle them by returning something that I didn’t purchase from them. Just an FYI not all Verizon stores talk to each other. If he explained this first instead of repeatedly saying if he can’t find the order I cant return it. I will never again go to this store after they made me feel like I was trying to rip them off. I left in tears.
