Worst service ever. Child with very bad tooth turned away. After driving all the way there and being asked to come in early. Also being told insurance doesn't work and afterwards being told it does.

They thoroughly explained everything and what options I had, and also In layman terms explained the billing. They were able to get me in and do two procedures on the same day, which is wonderful.

Everybody was great! I hate the dentist and have a huge fear of them, everyone made me feel super comfortable and everything was short sweet and to the point.

Went for my first check up after getting insurance. It had been 3 years since I had been to a dentist, but I was not having any issues or symptoms. The assistant and dentist were great but the hygienist was shaming and saying I had advanced gum disease and needed special procedures done. Since my insurance wouldn’t cover these it would be about $2000 out of pocket or more. The dentist found no cavities and said a couple cleanings would get things back in order. I told the treatment coordinator I couldn’t afford $2000 and asked for just a regular cleaning and she said no, that goes against their policy due to the severe gum disease and bone loss the hygienist indicated. So unless I have their expensive procedure there is nothing more they are willing to do for me. I will be switching insurance as soon as possible. I won’t go back to such a predatory corporate dental system again.

I recently visited Aspen Dental and my experience was fantastic ! Lisa was the hygienist and what an amazing job she did ! The staff and dentist were absolutely wonderful as well. They made sure I was doing good during the visit and ensured all my questions were answered. I would certainly recommend Aspen Dental !

I had gone in for a routine exam and cleaning, not knowing that Aspen dental will not do a cleaning on first visit for patients. Not a huge deal, I needed a check-up anyway. While the staff that helped with xrays and getting ready to see the dentist were all efficient and kind. I was told by the hygienist I have early gingivitis and would need two visits for a special gum treatment and cleaning. I was also told I had two cavities by the dentist, one I had suspected but had no idea about another. The bill after insurance for these services would have come to $800 for cleaning and two fillings. I could not be seen for nearly two months, so I decided to go to another clinic sooner, and hopefully for a lower cost. I went to a local, family owned clinic. They treated me great, and upon exam I had perfect gums and only one very small cavity(that I had suspected). Aspen dental was extremely predatory and was only trying to get more money out of an unsuspecting patient, be wary about unnecessary procedures!

Waste of my time. I came in hoping to get a simple teeth cleaning. I spent more time waiting than I did with the dental hygienist. She looked at my teeth for one minute before telling me I have gingivitis and that I would have to come in two more times after that (not really giving me an explanation as to why). They also tried to add the cost of an electric toothbrush onto my bill, which I told them to take it off because I didn’t ask for that. Overall, the team was not very nice to me. It seemed like they just wanted me to come in more times so they could charge me more.

They took the time to inform me of the trouble spots. Also gave me a detailed explanation of treatment plans, as well as all financial programs. Were very friendly

Very impersonal. Receptionist was actively on the phone with my insurance right in front of me asking what exactly they will cover. Made me feel very uncomfortable and worried about cost .
