“I recently I brought my Lincoln into Al Huss on Verlin Road in Green Bay, because of a steering challenge. I was having. They diagnosed it perfectly and had me look at it, and show me what was happening with the front right wheel.
I had a hard to find part wish they found in a couple of days. They put on the new hub and wheel bearing. They suggested I get an alignment also which I believed I needed.
After I got my car back and drove it down the highway to appleton, the car rode better, then it ever has. It was smooth, tight and it was aligned perfectly. I was satisfied with the results, their expert opinion in diagnosis and follow up.”
“Metro was fantastic to work with, both when my car got a scratch and when my husband’s car had some body damage to repair. In my case, even though they could have pushed me to pay them $500-$600 for the scratch repair, they instead encouraged me to first try out some touch up paint for about $20 that they mixed there right in store. They gave me clear directions on how to use it and answered my questions when I ran into a few snags doing it at home. They assured me my car would be protected as long as I got the touch up paint applied before winter, and said that if I was unhappy with the touch up paint, they’d be happy to fully repair the scratch. I was impressed that they didn’t push me to spend more money and helped me explore more cost effective options first. When they repaired my husband’s car, the work was done super quickly, and the quality of work was fantastic. You can’t tell anything ever happened to the car, and they did an excellent job blending and applying the tri-coat paint. I would definitely come back again in the future should I need it!”

“I had to take my car in for for a dent which also caused my door not to be opened plus I had a gouge in my front quarter panel from a dumpster hinge. Oh my goodness the guys were so great they made it so I could open my door until my appointment date and when the time to pick up the car came, I could not believe my eyes. I had the most beautiful brand new car ever they went above and beyond. my car was detailed,the repairs were perfect and they buffed out scratches which absolutely madethe car look like it just came off the showroom floor. I can’t say enough for the quality of their workmanship on top of the way they do customer service outstanding best ever! And to top that off, they were the lowest of three estimates that I had I couldn’t have asked for better.”
“I cannot recommend Commercial Auto Body enough!!! I, coincidentally, had an accident right in front of their business. The owner came out and checked on everyone and offered bathrooms and a phone to use if we needed it. I decided right then that I would take my car there to get fixed.
The repairs on my car were large and would take a lot of time to complete. They finished it in a week and it was spectacular. Trinity is awesome and a very talented woman. She washed and detailed the inside of my car on her own merit. Super appreciative!

“To all my fellow truck drivers, especially the brown boys. Best place to bring you trailer in for repair, I backed up my trailer into the curb and my mud flap came off and the bar got bent. Andrew helped me to get it fixed, only 30 min and the problem was fixed. The price was the best and trust me when I say it no one could beat their price in the entire city. Here are the before and after pictures. I hope this helps. Also Their service desk people were very polite.”

“I brought my Nebula Gray Pearl Lexus here with paint damage on the rear quarter, and I thought the paint would be off after repainting. No way they'd match it closely especially with the pearl... My paint from the factory had lots of silver flakes.
They color matched it perfectly! You can't even tell anything had ever happened now. My car is perfect again! They even cleaned and vacuumed my car. I definitely recommend!”
“I hit my 2nd deer of the year. And after having to wait 4 months to get it back from another dealer we tried Complete Auto Body & Repair. It was the best thing we could have done! They did the estimate and noticed the radiator was leaking. So I wouldn't be able to drive it. They offered me a loaner at no charge. They got everything done in less than three weeks. The other shop took 3 and half months to get parts. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to detail. We highly recommend them!

The day I was rear ended I contacted Caliber and spoke with Aly, about 10 minutes prior to them closing (my own car insurance company was closed and my Agent was not available) I was not expecting Aly to be so knowledgeable in the claims process or really be able to point me in the right direction but she did just that! She gave me suggestions to get started and things to think about prior to making a decision about my claim and did far more than her “job” as at this point I wasn’t even a customer! The whole team was great!
