It seems like Cabela's just isn't as nice as it used to be. We went here to get a couple of new life jackets because after doing a bit of online shopping Cabela's had the most to choose from. When we got to the store there were only a couple of styles to choose from. I asked an employee about a couple life jackets we wanted to try on. The employee verified that the all life jackets were in stock and had to go get them. He brought back a couple of different ones that weren't on the sales floor but they weren't what we wanted, so he left again to get the correct ones. He came back but unfortunately they didn't fit or weren't comfortable so he left again to get different ones. This happened several times and I'm glad that the employee was nice and patient but this shouldn't have happened to start with. There was plenty of space for the life jackets to be on display on the racks/hooks/shelves but they just weren't. There were at least 6 different types or styles in multiple sizes that were in stock but not on the sales floor. The experience was disappointing and a big waste of time. We eventually got tired of waiting for the employee to go back and forth that we left and went to Dunham's and got them there. They had all of their selections on the sales floor on display.

Horrible customer service. Employee named Andrei refused to acknowledge me at the service desk and then would not help me once I got his attention. Andrei was very rude and did not need to act and speak to me the way he did. Will not be coming back

I finally found 35 Rem rifle bullets here 14 hrs from my house. I did, however, have to locate them myself because the guy behind the gun counter had no idea about the caliber or where to find them. Very nice store and workers.
