I had a fantastic experience! The day I was rear ended I contacted Caliber and spoke with Aly, about 10 minutes prior to them closing (my own car insurance company was closed and my Agent was not available) I was not expecting Aly to be so knowledgeable in the claims process or really be able to point me in the right direction but she did just that! She gave me suggestions to get started and things to think about prior to making a decision about my claim and did far more than her “job” as at this point I wasn’t even a customer! The whole team was great! Tyler and Aly kept in touch and me updated throughout the whole process, handled everything including the communication to enterprise for my rental vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend Caliber Collision in Ashwaubenon along with Tyler and his whole team! Thank you everyone!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! I WOULD NOT LET THEM REPAIR MY LAWN MOWER. UNETHICAL , MY INSURANCE COMPANY IS EVEN SHOCKED AT THE STUFF THEY TRIED DOING.

Caliber Collision was guaranteed by our insurance company, yet when I picked up the car there was an air bubble that they stated.was there prior to accident and would not fix, even after keeping my car for an extra night..very poor workmanship and no prose in their work..I have filed a complaint I hope no one else goessl through this as I will have to pay out of my pocket to fix, and I already has to pay $500 deductible prior to them starting the work...very disappointed.

Lydia and the entire team at Caliber Collision was absolutely amazing! Professional, Friendly, and most importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding! Loved that they kept me up to date as the work was happening, and competed in a timely manner. It was an easy and pleasant process from start to finish! Thanks Caliber team!!!

Excellent customer service! Ally and Lydia were a pleasure to work with and both were very knowledgeable and professional. My Helga (Honda Pilot) looks good as new and Caliber finished up three days earlier than expected.

Highly recommend them. It’s never fun to get work done on a car from hitting a deer. They went above and beyond to get me back in my vehicle as quickly as possible. The work done was very high quality. I’ve already recommended them to others!
