Horrible customer service. I drove an hour to the store and had to use the restroom before trying on shoes for a wedding and they told me I couldnt use the restroom. So I left because I had to use the restroom and then did not go back because of how rude they were. I went to a different shoe store!

I went into the Green Bay store on 4/5/2024 and was immediately greated by a very pleasant young lady. Although I had a return, she was very helpful and conversational throughout the entire transaction. She made sure that I was aware of my rewards and current specials that were going on.With that being said, my simple return transaction ended up with me purchasing a new pair of boots because of her ability to generate interest. The manager was very engaging in our conversation and helpful to the young checkout girt. I enjoyed the DSW GB store and would go back.

Nice selection of shoes, but not many sales. There is a clearance spot in the back. Better deals on their website.

Decent shoe store extremely overpriced but what can you do, didn't carry k swiss hmm they had a billion other brands though don't know what to say about that, the people shopping seemed grumpy also I guess they didn't like paying $167 per pair of shoes either.

Shout out to the amazing staff at DSW. Working with a new system and even after calling their corporate center with minimal guidance they were able to pull through and get me my refund. Throughout all the madness they never lost their cool, stayed professional, and very nice (all 3 staff trying to help)
