“Was not a grand experience.
Sales staff was nice but the delivery was terrible. Two men in a unnamed truck arrived with refrigerator. Damage the hinges on the door and both doors taking them off. Drop the new refrigerator in the kitchen and I had an old one in the basement that needed to be removed.
They took the doors off of it and use their delivery straps to try to get it up the stairs for only10 minutes.
They bang it up against the walls damaging my paneling. Stained the carpeting and left some kind of chips in the hallway. One of which got stuck in my dog's foot. They told me that they could not get the refrigerator up the stairs. I asked them if they could use a dolly. I got it down there 15 years ago with a dolly and a friend. They had a dolly on the truck but they said they don't use that anymore.
They asked me if I wanted to keep the new refrigerator. They could leave the one downstairs put one in the garage and put the new one in the kitchen. I told him I didn't need three refrigerators and refuse to delivery.
Later I looked at my old refrigerator in the basement they had not put the door back on properly and lost spacers for the door hinges and broke a wheel on the refrigerator. That refrigerator worked okay it was just older. Now with the door's are unable to close tightly it does not cool down. So it is now useless.
I called Grand appliances customer service four times and basically got no results. I wanted to be compensated for the damage they did to my home and breaking my old refrigerator. That was a waste of my time they did nothing. It has been 3 months since the botched delivery.

In the 30 years I've lived in my house I have moved lots of things up and down the stairs. I've had no problem as long as I was CAREFUL. They should take responsibility over their delivery people. I will update this if I get any positive results.”

“SO GLAD place is open 24hrs/7 days a wk.Finish work late and NEED to do laundry, very helpful!! $1.00 coins NOW accepted in most of their machines, making it easier/quicker to drop your coins in and start doing your laundry sooner, rather than having to drop like 28 quarters into the slot. A few arcade games in the back to pass the time, along with 2 snack vending machines in case you get hungry!(Soda, chips, candy bars, ect.)At times, can be Very Busy with people, other times, hardly anybody there!! To determine when it's busy vs. times it's slow....?hard to say!!??Workers TRY to keep the place clean but, there ARE a few handful of people that leave....leaving a trail mess behind!????Please clean up after yourselves!!!Bathroom available.? ? Dollars>to>Coin Exchanger also available. MY preference is to just keep getting rolls of Quarters and $1.00 coins from the bank when I need them....JUST IN CASE there is a problem with the dispenser at ANY Time!!!Always WISE to keep a few rolls of quarters and $1.00 coins next to YOUR washer & dryer at home for those "unforeseen" circumstances that one or the other stops working suddenly and you are faced with the NEED to take your clothes somewhere FAST to finish them up, (washing &/or drying them)Enjoy watching something on the ?️TV while you're here as well! “Went into the W. Mason St. store in Green Bay and was very pleased with the service we received from Noelle. She patiently worked with us to switch carriers to T-Mobile. She also has provided some follow up service and did not hesitate to help us out when we went in. We also witnessed the customer service that Andre provided other customers. The elderly couple he was helping seemed to be very trying, and he was very patient and kind. He also engaged with us while we were in there, and it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location.”

“The only reason I would recommend this company is because of Store Manager Kevin that works at the Cricket Wireless in Green Bay, WI on the corner of Main and Mason!! He has provided me with the absolute BEST customer service that I have received anywhere in my 32 years alive!! However, your people that work for 611 need to all be fired and hand over the responsibilities to the stores. Those that work in the call center when you call 611 are so absolutely rude and horrible!! They were horrible when I called myself and they were horrible when Kevin called for me. The supervisor we were transferred to on the call was the worst of them all!! Your company should be ashamed of themselves for how they let some of the employees treat customers! You need to hire more like Kevin!! After this incident, Kevin is the ONLY reason why I'm not shutting off my service and going elsewhere!! I know that if I go into this store with an issue, he with do everything and anything he can to make things right or figure out an issue!!”

“I went into Best Buy today for help with a software renewal. I was looking for help as the emails were vague about instructions aside from the fact they already charged me the renewal fee. I called Best Buy tech support and the person who answered advised I needed to buy another software program and service agreement after being on the phone for an hour. I walked into Best Buy Green Bay. The male employee at the front of the store asked how to help. When I explained my situation he gave me 800 numbers for Best Buy and Microsoft and advised I needed to call those numbers. After advising my displeasure on how Best Buy was not helping me and all my emails came from Best Buy along with the charges, he had me go to the pick up counter to speak with a manager. I ended up speaking with a young woman by the name of Aiden. After explaining the situation to her, she had me open my computer to look at what I was explaining. She was able to answer all my questions. She was so helpful compared to the male employee who initially greeted me. I am very grateful for the service Aiden gave me. Aiden's service deserves 5 stars. The tech support and male greeter, no so much.”

“The best pharmacy team I have ever encountered. I moved 20 mins away and still go here even with a CVS 2 mins away because of the pharmacist Kiera and the rest of the pharmacist techs and team. They always go above and beyond, even tho they are always busy, it’s a small team that I always see working what seems like all the time. But they remain so kind, understanding, and willing to work with me. My first experience with Kiera, I had snapped at her because I was very sick and having issues with medication being refilled, I called after I left and explained why I was in that state and apologized and she immediately understood and was just kind and non judgmental. Especially with me being a recovering addict, she or any of them have never shown judgment over medications, versus other pharmacies I have been treated like a drug seeker. This makes a huge difference for my life and I just appreciate that kind of no stigma no judgment attitude from medical professionals with so many negative experiences in the past.. they and Kiera especially have built personal connections with me, they understand my schedule, get my prescriptions ready so quickly, and if they can’t because of timing, I give them all the time they need as I understand they will put it as priority and won’t forget. They’ve gone out of their way to do things for me without even asking. I just really appreciate them beyond belief and what they’ve done for me over the past couple years, and how easy they’ve made getting the medications I need & how much relief it’s put on my busy schedule. Kiera needs some recognition and praise for her wonderful character and how much she truly cares for each person and how it shows through her consistent bubbly and caring personality. And every pharmacy tech are amazing too.”
