Would not recommend this store. Very easy for other people to see and hear sensitive information, also I was scammed because of that reason and because I believe someone there had a chip scanner either in their pocket or installed in a device.

Just use the app or the Internet. The employees literally can't do anything that you can't do in the app. Save the gas money.

For two years now we have Verizon and it has been quite great, just this past Black Friday they have a promotion that we truces to get and it was quite nightmarish, but the people at the store was kind and cordial not complain of them.

Verizon is by far the worst cellular provider out there. I thought Sprint was bad until my family got stuck with Verizon. Be prepared to have your bill constantly overcharged. They will accept a trade in for a promotion, but months later they will take it away and charge you the full amount without giving a reason. Every time I speak to someone about the issues, it takes hours but they admit fault. 2 months later the extra charges are back and they will fight you and pay dumb. Worst customer service out there!

The store is great and they have great staff… please make sure when set up new accounts or transferring from another carrier that all online accounts are set up correctly at the store with staff…. So every is done at store including the streaming services…. Everything…. Getting done at home and through online is a pain and delays it even more …. 5 months later …. As a whole I do recommend the service.

If I could rate this carrier lower than dirt, I would. Gladly. It’s almost cult like how hard they make it to leave their service. Join at your own free will, just know, it’ll be your last carrier. Because they will never let you leave.

I have Ben with Verizon with no complaint. I've had my account hack, and they were quick to resolve the issue. It took them a little time to rectify the issue because the hack was from another state. The order had to be stop before leaving the dock, which they did, and the law got involved. Anytime there's something not right, they let me know.
