If I could rate this carrier lower than dirt, I would. Gladly. It’s almost cult like how hard they make it to leave their service. Join at your own free will, just know, it’ll be your last carrier. Because they will never let you leave.

I have Ben with Verizon with no complaint. I've had my account hack, and they were quick to resolve the issue. It took them a little time to rectify the issue because the hack was from another state. The order had to be stop before leaving the dock, which they did, and the law got involved. Anytime there's something not right, they let me know.

Stopped in at this location to ask about a promotion that Verizon had to offer. We were looking to upgrade our phones. Upon walking in we got skipped and our presence got ignored. Then there was a 2 hr wait. When talking to the manager regarding the promotion, he was rude and short tempered. I understand there was a wait, but we had a simple question and he would not answer. People in customer service really need to take training as to how to interact with the public and to have an open and diverse perspective about people. Being stereotyped is not ok!

Our past two experiences at Verizon have been positive due to the fact that we worked with Brianna. Her technical expertise/ knowledge of product and genuine helpful personable nature made us feel at ease. Brianna made certain the customer was her main priority. She answered all our questions and walked us through all device setups. Her patience was a plus( as we all know Verizon visits can be long and intense.) Thanks again, Brianna!

Employee literally tried grabbing my phone out of my hand as I took a picture of him and my receipt for proof of my receipt that did not have the correct information I was looking for on it as they will not write their employee number on the receipt. Dude pretty much rode my back all the way out the front door. I am disabled with only one arm. Lucky for him. Manager did nothing to apologize. Verizon did nothing for me to view the video. Out of personal respect I will not post his picture.

Great store, employees are very helpful. I had a cracked screen and had to stop in and see if I had a warranty in my phone. The person that helped me did a great job. The store I had to go to a few times when I got the phone I currently have. They had to help me with a data transfer about two years ago and I actually went back there twice. They really helped me out a lot. The store is always clean. The employees are very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Verizon and this store.

Rude and horrible customer service. These younger employees never want to do their job, they’ll purposely tell you they don’t have the ability to perform your requests, all because they don’t feel like doing their job. Anything other than standing around and talking to their coworkers isn’t in their job description. Planned on coming to this location spending a large amount of CASH, racking up their commission, all to be disrespected and ultimately turned away! If you want to give away your hard earned money to companies that can’t even properly service their customers or at least have decent morales instated, then this is the store for you!

I was switching from Straight Talk to Verizon. I went to Verizon at Bay Park Village on 02/14 and they were able to help us start the process. Once we got the info we needed from Straight Talk they explained what we needed to do next. We got a phone call that our number was being ported and should be done on 02/15. On 02/16 we still didn’t make progress so we went back to the store. We worked with them for 5 hours between Verizon tech support and Straight Talk tech support. We were told by our old carrier what we needed to be done (to transfer the number) was not able to happen and my number was lost) Verizon went above and beyond with helping us and making sure everything went smoothly once the kinks were fixed and were able to “find” my number. Five hours is a long time to wait but Destiny, Chase and Marriah definitely made it go by faster! (Extra gold stars for them loving our Corgi pup with us) Thank you all again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried to call to see if something is in stock and they won't put their phone number on, just a call center. Supply your phone number like all the other stores in the area.Also, sales man convinced me to get phone glass screen "Zagg". It cost 60$ and scratches right away, get one on Amazon.

I stopped in to this location just to pick up a new Apple USB-A to Lightning cable, et Voila! CarPlay, which until now was not functioning in my Dad's new '21 Ford Ranger SXT, worked immediately after I plugged in my iPhone in the parking lot w/the new cable! Finally Maps & Siri work with handsfree, so my family can rest assured I can keep my attention where it belongs, offensive driving . On top of this the salesperson, D!, sold me on a HomePod Mini and helped reassure me it was a sensible purchase to work on our "Smart" Home aspirations. I was impressed by the stores depth of products & accessories in home media center & beyond the usual mobile phone/smartwatch inventory stack that seems typical in even Verizon's stores in large Metro areas. Following the last 2 times I've had to contact "611", I have noticed a near seamless online/mobile app/text/phone/in-person experience & helped me avoid having to repeat my self ad-nauseam. Even AppleCare+ customer service doesn't even compare in this regard. While the entry cost for VZW monthly service is , I'm reassured it is buying quality customer service that is worth it and I'm confident I made the right decision in moving my business to VZ. Looking forward to unpacking the HomePod Mini and following up with another A+ review on that project ;)

My go to Verizon store. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They usually have good deals and can offer expertise on various products if you have questions.
