I’m extremely dissatisfied with Unity Bank in Augusta, WI with their “dormant account fee.” I love going home to my parents house to a pile of mail from Unity Bank with several service charges. When I take the money out for my class reunion in a couple months I will not be returning to this bank. My question would be why doesn’t the interest being deposited count as a deposit?!!!! No, apparently every two years I need to be making a deposit as little at 1 cent to keep a BANK account active. What a terrible community bank for doing this. My mail on this account goes my parents house, and I don’t get the chance to physically drive to Augusta during the work week or on the weekend to deposit money into my account with them. This is the second time this has happened.

It is a great location right in the town of Augusta it is right across the street from the grocery store and it has a medical center previa upstairs. The entire inside has been redone within recent years and the medical center upstairs is beautiful as well as the bank. It's a small quaint bank but it's like inside a little mini mall. ❤️✅♥️UPDATED (What a great bank!)
