“Overall I'm happy with the service provided by DCB. When there is an issue, they let me know by way of email and when I have a question or issue they are quick to respond. Its nice and also very appreciated to have an actual local person behind the phone call. The web portal that is provided with the service is easy to use and this is the way I pay the bill each month. While the speed is not what a large metro area would have, its good enough for streaming and what I need for my remote work for the most part. An increase in speed would be amazing but 5 stars for the service and speed I signed up for with DCB.”
