Gregerson Ace Hardware is a highly regarded store in Baldwin, known for its helpful and courteous staff. Customers appreciate the employees’ willingness to assist when needed, while also respecting when help isn't required, making shopping convenient and comfortable. The store offers a wide range of essentials, including a notable selection of firearms and hard-to-find items like 300 Remington Ultra Mag shells, which are hard to find elsewhere. While the store has a good variety of products, it doesn’t keep much lumber in stock, which is understandable given its space. Customers often mention the competitive prices and exemplary service, with staff going above and beyond to help with specific needs like fixing a sump pump. Overall, Gregerson Ace Hardware is considered a valuable and friendly asset to the small town of Baldwin, providing a positive shopping experience with knowledgeable and attentive staff.
John & Gary are fantastic! I had to replace my exhaust fan motor. I found out my model was discontinued. A big box shop had sold me the wrong part! They helped me find a most cost effective solution that worked!! AND helped me with a few other items. Beyond friendly and helpful! I highly suggest using Gregerson Ace!
