If you are an existing customer check your bill and compare it to what they are offering online. We have been paying $35 extra a month for worse Internet. They never notified us that there were new plans available and our was obsolete.
We are on an old plan for 300mbps and are paying $115 a month and the closest new plan to what we had is 500mbps for $80 a month. These plans have probably been available for a year and they offered us $20 credit towards our bill for 6 months. Now that they're is a different option for internet I think it's time to leave Baldwin.

Cut the internet on me after making 5 years of payments due to a payment that didn’t go through. I had to do my masters homework at a Starbucks because of them. Only reason I still have them is because they are a monopoly for rural internet. Otherwise I’d say choose anyone else.

It took some time to get new fiber ran to our house but once ready the installation/set up was great. A month in with 500mbps plan and we couldn’t be happier with the upgraded internet.

Poor customer service. WiFi goes out and takes more than 24 hours to get it fixed.

Happy with the service and happy with the customer service. Upgraded to the 8Gb plan (10Gb link speed), I ran fiber through my house, and my fastest NIC is 2.5Gb. Here are the results. Will probably upgrade NIC and drop a SFP+ module in it, see if I can't get the full 8Gb.
EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:
Added 10Gb SFP+ card into my computer, and the new speeds are 8.17 down and 7.78 up.
As advertised, no problems at all.

A week ago our fiber internet was out. I called BLS and they had a truck out the next day. They found out our fiber had been cut several times by gophers. They had multiple trucks out here and 6 to 7 men working on the problem. They finished up at 11:00 on a Friday night. You do not get that kind of service from one of the National providers. Thank you BLS!

Have to call them once a year or more because I am paying for 500mbps+ and normally get 25mbps and constantly dropping connection.

I have had Baldwin Internet service for over 20 years now. Seems to always work, especially once it was switched over to the fiber service. Customer service has always been helpful with my questions.
