I highly recommend Flagship Ford/Baldwin! I met with Russell via text several days before my purchase and in person. He was always quick to respond to my questions, & was extremely helpful in explaining every detail I needed to know! I am leasing a Ford Bronco Sport and I love it! Russell and Joey were great, we found the truck that I was interested on line, the price was right so we set up an appointment to check it out. When we saw the vehicle we were disappointed to see that it had hail damage to the hood and a couple of dings on the cab. That was a no go, but we were promptly told that the hood would be replaced and the dents on the cab would be fixed. We picked it up today and everything was completed as promised. Great people and atmosphere. Definitely check this dealership out!

Bought my new truck from Flagship. Russell was FANTASTIC. Super professional, polite and helpful with the entire process! 10/10 would highly reccomend. Picked up my 2024 F-150 a couple weeks ago. First time using Flagship as I leased my previous Ford through White Bear Lake, MN.
I learned that “my guy” Russell left Autonation and went to Flagship. Well, just like a great tattoo artist, when you find a great sales person, you follow them wherever they go.
From start to finish, Russell and the folks at Flagship Ford were OUTSTANDING!
I highly recommend them for your next Ford.

After being turned down on getting a truck at two other dealership. Russell contacted me from Flagship Ford. I drove there after work and I was very skeptical any deal was going to happen. They offered me way more on my trade in then the other two dealerships did. Russell and Joey are a great team they worked very diligence in finding me a truck that would fit my situation. They where very personable and punctuation. I have never been treated better at a dealership in my life. I was finally able to get my first truck. Hats off to these two gentlemen.
