Did an excellent job on my 6.6L LML Duramax heads a while back. Very affordable and quick turn around time. They looked great and were so well machined I couldn’t even catch my fingernail on the machining marks compared to other shops I’ve seen machine heads. I’ve since put 20,000 more miles on the truck after replacing the head gaskets and machining the heads and they’ve been doing great.I will absolutely return with any future engine machining needs and would highly recommend Side Street to anyone needing work done! Thanks for the exceptional work

Came here from the good reviews and hoped for a quick turnaround on my LQ4 6.0 Ls block. I had the block cleaned, honed, and inspected as well as cam bearings installed. Everything seemed great till I put on around 50-60 miles on my fresh rebuild. The iron deposits that I was told were “ok” caused the piston to sieze in cylinder #5 and ruin the rest of the lower block.Service: Engine repair

I have been in the automotive repair bussiness for 20 plus years. In a few different areas, and used a few different machine shops. I met Ryan giving him a go when I moved to baldwin 10 years ago and needed subaru heads done for my own car. I could not believe the cut on them, and price was awesome!
