Poor customer service. I've stopped twice. I've had family from out of town stop in too. I'll never stop again or buy anything. I was gonna buy some accessories but can't justify a penny towards poor customer service.

Keva was amazing! Just by looking at our contract she was able to save us $16 by updating our service which we would have had no idea needed to be done and have been paying $16 more because no one else caught it. I ended up going in to try and get a phone unlocked (which needs to be done with iTunes) and ended up just giving my son my phone and buying a brand new iPhone and Apple Watch because of the amazing deals and her knowledge of what I would be getting and how much more for my buck I would be getting. She was so patient and helped us with everything from beginning to end and even was able to help another customer while transferring my data to the new phone. You are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and hard working employee and I gained a new friend in the process with our conversation during our time together.
