Westconsin Credit Union has built a reputation for reliable and dedicated service over the years. Customers appreciate that staff members consistently do what they need to do, handling problems with great customer service and positive attitudes. Many have been members for over a decade and highlight the credit union's overall reliability and helpfulness. One long-time member mentioned that in 15 years, they only asked for overdraft fee waivers a few times, and when they requested one recently, the response was considered overreactive, leading to a negative experience. However, the credit union responded promptly by apologizing and removing the note from their account, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to good customer relations. Customers also share stories of staff going above and beyond, such as assisting with multiple vehicle visits, processing loans, and printing cashier’s checks, even when plans changed unexpectedly. Additionally, new members have praised the attentive staff and follow-up service. While some express a desire for more locations, especially in Spooner, WI, overall, members feel valued and well-served. The credit union’s focus on customer care, accountability, and service consistency makes it a trusted financial institution for its members.
Since we no longer live in Baldwin, we have had no recent experience with the Baldwin office. We now live in Spooner, WI and would appreciate it if you would consider opening an office there - or buy out an existing office.
