We were helped immediately and luckily there was 2 phones left in stock so we didn't waste a trip to the store. Noah even helped us put on our cases and screen protectors and recommended the best accessories.

I went in the other day with a busted phone and had Sam help me. She did everything she could to help me get a new phone. She helped me remain calm while I was freaking out cause I did not know what to do.

I called ahead to have a phone set aside. When I arrived, Randy had the phone out and ready to go. He connected the phone quickly, offered to transfer everything for me (I declined), offered additional accessories without being pushy, and had me on my way.
I am from out of state, but Randy would be my go to guy if I was from the area.
Great customer service and the best interaction I have had while getting a phone.

Not only does the customer service here, awful no one greats you at the door. The smell is the most pungent awful thing. I’m not sure if like septic blew up in the back, but I literally vomited after walking into the store…. never going to this one.

Sam saved me. I thought I had lost all of my photos and some other data on my phone, but she found it all in about two minutes and showed me how to find it if I lose it in the future. So nice to not have to deal with phone customer service from Indonesia.
