The staff are courteous, friendly and fun to chat with, They do great work, in a good time frame and reasonable rates. I always enjoy my chats with them, esp. Brittany and the pup always greets me. Phil has done the cylinder heads for my Subaru EJ25 and was able to remove a broken spark plug from a cylinder head that had head gasket failure on a 3.4 Liter for me. If I don't have the specific tools and am doing major engine work or other difficult automotive repairs, I can count on Herman's Motor Clinic to get the job done right so I can get my vehicle back up and running. They let me do a solo test drive for as long as I wanted and Oleg was straight forward with the history of the van and even provided me a carfax that showed complete history. “Had some car trouble on the way up to the dells. My husband called this place on a Monday, initially they were booked but asked him to bring it in. Once he got there he was immediately taken care of! They ran a diagnostic and found the problem quickly. The work took about an hour! The price was amazing and the work was done quickly. “I took a storm window to have clip which holds it in place replaced. I was very rudely told it could be 2 hours 2 weeks or 2 months. I stopped a week later & again was rudely told they would call if it was ready. I wanted to pick up storm & she couldn't find it ??? Really. She called me a little later & I returned to store. She found window & it was $56. To repair it, which is totally nuts, I took window home & found it will not fit in my window frame. I certainly will not go back there.
They need to consider customer service or get in another line of work.”

“I was on vacation at the wilderness resort. I woke up to a flat tire and Craig’s Towing took the job from my roadside assistance. The guy who showed up was kind and wasted no time. It took a couple hours for him to get to me because they were busy so I just waited by the pool until they called saying they were outside. Once he came, he was gone with my car within 5 minutes. Friendly and efficient”
