Jacob was awesome getting me into a new to me car! He took all my wants and concerns for a new car into consideration and put me in a perfect for my family vehicle. Could not recommend him enough! Super chill and easy going I didn’t even feel like I was trying to buy a car!

I have never seen an auto dealer like this. They take your down payment and add it to the vehicle price instead of deducting it. The vehicle color was stated wrong. Previous owner was a smoker and not mentioned in the add. The invoice they showed me to pay was completely different than the one they gave me on delivery. Not very honest.

I originally went to look at a Rav 4 they had on the lot since husband likes toyota. It just wasn't my style. Cassidy knew right away which vehicle was more my style. We took it out, and I fell in love with my 2024 Dodge Hornet. Amazing service and amazing finance department. They got me into a good loan and an affordable monthly payment all within my range. This is the second car I’ve bought from this dealership, and once again they absolutely delivered! Kaden went above and beyond to make sure I drove off in my dream car. I ended up getting an amazing deal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, and months later I’m still obsessed with it.

I have bought my last 2 vehicles from Bachrodt, previously Baraboo Motors and just bought my 3rd on Friday! I traded my Dodge Journey in for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it! I was not anticipating on purchasing a new vehicle but Jacob and Cassidy helped me along the way and was very transparent, which I was very thankful for! I had a great experience working with Jacob and Bachrodt. He is a great guy who I felt cared very much about getting me into a vehicle that fit my needs. I had been looking at a specific model of vehicle and they had one that checked all the boxes for me. Jacob and their staff worked very hard for me to get everything I needed. I really enjoyed the staff that I interacted with here, specifically my salesman, Jacob. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find my new Wrangler but he continues to check in every so often just to make sure everything is going well.
