I RECENTLY WENT HERE FOR THE BATH BOMBS. BECAUSE B A T H AND BODYWORKS SHOULD HAVE B A T H BOMBS, RIGHT?
WELL NUH-UH APPARENTLY.
PLEASE TELL ME WHY I ENTER THE BAYH AND BODY WORKS AND FIND THAT IT IS VIOLENTLY BATHBOMB LESS. WHY. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHERE ARE THE BATHBOMBS?
I walked out of the store empty-handed, my disappointment immeasurable and my day ruined.
This establishment is a failure and I will not stand for it.

Never have I ever walked into a bath and body works and not been politely and joyfully greeted. This young blonde store cashier had the nerve to look me up and down immediately and turn away. Thank you to the coworker that recovered for her but this location will not get my business!

Just purchase some wallflowers from the store and our clerk was very rude she snapped at me when I asked about the pricing which was my fault but I did not see it. I also asked for stuff for sensitive skin and she stepped at me that they did not have any poor customer service her name was Sandy

This store is very organized and well stocked. I appreciate that the employees don't bug you too much like some of the other BBW stores do. One of the better stores in this mall... it seems like good stores are disappearing quickly there!
