I went here to buy a spare tire for my travel trailer. They had one available in stock, so I scooped it up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve had ok experiences here. Scheduled a tire rotation to make it in and out in a decent amount of time. Cause I’m on a schedule. Took 60 minutes from check in (5minutes before my scheduled time) to receiving my keys. Only do it cause it’s free if you buy the tires from them and I don’t have the space. This should only take 30 minutes tops WITH torquing and TPMS relearn. 2 stars for torquing instead of impact wrenching into oblivion. People behind the counter give no sense of urgency.
UPDATE: Tire repair, different car, and the same experience… ZERO sense of urgency. Car got pulled in, and sat for over 40 minutes before it ever got lifted…Idk if this place is short staffed or what but they need to set more realistic time expectations. This should be simple. Once it was up, it took them literally less than 10 minutes.
They have a bunch of people standing around not doing anything, or slow to move onto the next item. Done taking my vehicles here. 1.25 hours for a 30 minute thing WITH an appointment… BS.

You would see this is a 2 star place at best if you read all the reviews. Sadly people are leaving 5 star reviews on the automotive part for the dog toy they just bought.I went in for a simple 50 cent wheel weight that was half arsed put on and was flapping. They would not sell me one or give me one. He asked if I got them here and I said yes. Apparently that was too much work to look up so not sure why he asked. They wanted me to have it balanced again. Not free.When I went to a garage down the street and asked . They handed me both options. I returned the one I didn't need.Service: Tires
