Matt helped me by recovering my dat off a thumb drive and a Dell Tower that crashed. He has save me untold hours of recreating documents. He saved the Dell Tower from becoming an anchor for the boat. Highly recommend.

Matthew at the Computer Professor is amazing. We went from the worst day having our old business computer crash to the best day because of Matthew. We felt pretty embarrassed taking our 2011 Windows 7 computer in to see if the data could be salvaged, but Matthew treated us with such respect and he didn't care how old the equipment was! He recovered all of our data and installed on a new machine.....in an hour!!!! He had the new computer set up in the store and helped me get familiar with it, and answered my questions. I was looking for some used desktop computers that were capable of running some older games to be able to play as a family. Matt was very helpful as we were able to outfit the entire family so we can play games together. His price was very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable about computers. Brought my computer in because a light popped up on my motherboard. Turns out I damaged the motherboard when switching out an M.2 SSD, I was able to buy a new motherboard and had it replaced at the Computer professor for a fair price. If you want someone who does fast work, is very professional and informative and has great communication skills then I can't recommend this shop enough. Thank you again for your help!
