My husband and I stopped in about a week ago very close to closing time. (We didn't realize it though) Yong Qi helped us pick out 4 pairs of crocs! We only came in to buy 1! She was very kind, and we paid $175 for 4 pairs and 8 charms. What a great deal! Caitlyn was kind enough to put on the charms and we left happy. They were not worried about staying over a bit either. Great customer service! Well done!

Visited this location yesterday with my 14 year old daughter to do some BTS shopping. Upon walking in she immediately saw a style she liked but not in her size, she tried to get the sales associates attention for help but he was so busy inspecting the undercarriage of my stroller he didn't hear her asking for assistance!!! Finally I said let's go we'll spend our money elsewhere, we've bought over 100 pair of crocs between us and I have no reason to steal anything ESPECIALLY a $40 pair of shoes! Save your money, shop elsewhere.
