DO NOT GO HERE. JUST DONT!!! All around bad experience everytime. There is a nail tech just up the road (delmry glamorous nails) that does a million times better work than this dump.

This app is making me give them a star to post this. if i could i would not star this place at all! Today 5/23/2024 my 15 year old daughter went to get her nails done. she had shown me some pictures of what she wanted done. She was treated badly, the nail tech would say she couldn't do one thing or another and was very unprofessional with my daughter top the point of when she called me she was in tears. Her simple request had been meet with rudeness to the point that my daughter stopped asking the nail tech things. I did call to speak with the manager or owner of this establishment i was told on the phone that they didnt know when the manager was coming in or they would be back. after being on the phone with me for almost 8 minutes i was told that the individual i was speaking with was busy and work to do. i do understand that however i wanted to lave my name and number for the manager/owner to call me. the individual hung up on my and when i called back would pick up the phone and not say a word and then hang up, again i wanted to leave my name and number. if your in need of your nails done DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I went in to have my nails done. I asked for a set of acrylic nails and they did that but the nails were very thick and chunky. I also have acrylic all over my skin and under my nails. I called to talk to them about it and they do not give refunds and they denied doing my nails.. I DO NOT recommend them. Their customer service is awful!

Cute little place, also fun owners, never had a bad time and loved their dedication in understanding what you want done whether nails or toes. Overall good experience and I now only of to Hollywood nail.

Absolutely not recommended! They would not work with me at all.They mixed up the nail clippers when I asked them to keep them separate as I had a bad toe nail. When I pointed this out, the man refused to do my nails. Blaming me for making him mad?Really poor personal skills.I asked him to finish even after telling him I was sorry (for being assertive about my health?) and he said no.Well if you want to deal with high strung and impatient nail techs be warned.Furthermore I felt rushed to “Pick a color”, he refused to cut my nails short, the chair massage was weird to me, with a butt massage that was so uncomfortable, I turned it off, (yes it’s okay to laugh, I sure did), and then this crazy lady came in and interrupted my pedicure, so all in all, a bad experience.I don’t usually leave a bad review unless it’s warranted. I understand it’s hard to eek out a living here, but to be blamed for someone’s mistake that can effect the health of the rest of my nails, that is where I draw the line.

the employees were extremely kind , but the nails came out not as I expected. I went here a few months ago and they were awesome ! But this time , I am really hoping to talk something out with the manager or atleast get a refund .Service: Acrylic nails

Have gone here multiple times for a pedicure and never leave disappointed. It is a little pricey, but so is anywhere else in the area. This place probably has the best price for a pedicure in Baraboo.
