Kris handled my claim quickly and efficiently. Nobody likes to pay for insurance but it is nice to know that it’s there when you need it with no hassles. Her assistant, Mary, was very helpful and knowledgeable when she took my initial claim. Kris then followed up with me to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction.
