I visited the store on Sunday, May 4, 2025, and was promptly greeted by two staff members—a gentleman and a young lady—which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed to see that the female staff member was sitting on top of the counter where the registers are located. I found this to be unprofessional and not in line with the standards of customer service I would expect.
I spent about 20 minutes browsing the store, and during that entire time, she remained seated on the counter—even while the other staff member was assisting customers. She made no effort to engage, assist, or even appear attentive. This kind of behavior negatively impacted my experience and ultimately discouraged me from making a purchase.
I believe there should be clear guidelines in place to prevent this kind of conduct, and staff should hold each other accountable to maintain a professional environment. I’m confident I’m not the only customer who noticed this, and I hope management takes steps to address it.

The employees were extremely rude. They also put stuff on the wrong price points. Then they don't say anything when you get to the checkout on price if rang up more than the customer thought it was.

1st off not sure but I think some/most people like to kinda see the price something rings up while checking out and the racks are set up to f... a person over have a 3 for 15 above and no items priced in the deal on the racks.

The employees are the worst retail employees I’ve ever encountered. Extremely rude from the get go and ignored every customer that entered the store. I was denied a purchase because they didn’t want to get it off the wall or the display. There were only 2 of the size I needed in the store and I was shopping for Christmas. They refused to let me purchase, rolled their eyes at me and were extremely rude. I just wanted to get matching Christmas PJ’s for my girls … I will never be giving my money to a company that hires people who act that way.

I always shop here, I love the place and staff but one of the managers (Ashley) was very rude to me, I will ask for help to find an item and she will be on her phone and ignore me. I don’t know how they still keep her working for this company if all she’s doing is being on her phone and be rude to customers. She doesn’t wear a mask either and all of the other employees do and I heard her say she wouldn’t wear one because they don’t work and she didn’t care what anybody had to say. Not professional at all. If I was her boss I will get rid of her because all she’s doing is disrespecting her position as a manager and the stores name. Very poor work ethic.

Arrived at the store at 7:53, the door was locked but then an employee came to let out 2 guests. The employee looks at us and says no, locks the door. My friend said “wow that was rude” and the two girls that just left the store said yes they are very rude in there. So I called the store to ask why they were closing early. They employee had a huge attitude and awful customer service and said they were busy today. Lol it’s the dells. Every day in the summer is busy. I will not be going back and I will also tell everyone else my experience.

Worst customer service ever! Tried to return something 32 days after purchase and was told by manager that the return policy is only for 30 days. I explained the receipt states a 60 return policy and I don’t think you can go against what the receipt states. She said she doesn’t know why the receipt says 60 days but all she can give is a merchandise credit. You can’t try items on and they make returns difficult. Terrible customer service and experience. Between the poor quality and terrible customer service I would never recommend this place.

There is quite a variety, it has a youth orientation and the quality of the clothing is similar to that of forever 21. There are different prices and in the discounts section there are nice things, it's all a matter of searching.
