I believe new workers are here, the two ladies were really nice. Very friendly and tried hard to find me the right shoes. Gave me a great recommendation and both chatted with me and my husband. Apologized to my husband for not having his size in the shoes he wanted. Was a great experience. Only recommendation would be to have seats of some sort to sit on to put shoes on would be nice.

Very rude and unprofessional store manager. Definitely a chaotic environment!!! Will definitely get my shoes at Nike for now on. Better shoes and better service. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but after being here I definitely wanted to take my time to review, more like 0 stars! Will never step foot in a Sketchers again!

Certainly your employees are not good and it took them 10 minutes to find the shoe in the aisle, they constantly spoke Spanish among themselves and did not help

Onlyv2 Sales people herewith had to find them to get shoes they didn't help much and there are only benches way on the back of the store my Mom had to hold on to shelving to try shoes on along the way this place is not customer friendly not sure how they stay open

Firstly I’ll say Nick was really helpful, if I have the correct name, he tried helping me select a comfy shoe because I stand on my feet for about 16 hours daily, he was very patient, even after I had come in almost at closing time, he was very calm and even waited on me to pick up a second pair while I was checking out the first, informed me about the discounts and the 50% off the second shoe when you buy 2 pairs.
The shoe quality now is a different ball game, I had a particular shoe I had gotten from 2021 September and I’m just now changing it because it’s worn out, but these new shoes don’t seem long lasting like the previous ones.
That’s the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars, but for service it’s a 10/10 for me.

I love Skecher's shoes, and recently we bought 4 awesome pairs that we love from this store. The reason I am only giving 1 star is due mostly to the way the store manager mocked and mistreated my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend and I had a very difficult time finding the right pair of shoes because a sales associate gave us the wrong information about the shoe sale, so we spent all of our time looking at the wrong shoes. It was only when we checked out that the manager informed us of the correct sale. We were shocked and we told her the wrong information that had been conveyed to us. Instead of being apologetic, she instead chose to tell my girlfriend condescendingly that she heard him wrong (my girlfriend asked the sales associate to repeat himself, she did not hear wrong). At this point I was too exhausted to shop for the shoes I really wanted, so I had to come back to the store a few days later and exchange my shoes. It took just a few minutes to find the shoes I really wanted with the correct information. I wanted to give the manager another chance to redeem the experience so I politely addressed the issue to her again. But once again, she just wanted to be right. She was upset that I had left the store a negative review (when I confronted her, she said with all the attitude she could muster "is your name Dan?) and was dripping with anger and sarcasm towards me. She tried to find every way she could to make the mistake my fault or make excuses for her staff's failures. That is NOT how you remedy a bad situation with a customer. Just acknowledge the error and apologize. Make sure associates have correct information about sales and actually be sympathetic with customer experience please. And drop the attitude!

Generally, Service is a bit slow with only two people working and ONE Register! On top of that, Me and my grandmother went there to get shoes for my grandfather and we walked to other end and realized we had wrong size in one of them. So I went to exchange them for right size. My grandmother walks with a cane and has asthma so she only sent me back. I went back exchanged and when came time to pay the about $5 price difference, I asked why is it 16$ and the older Women had said Cause their was a Senior Discount on it when purchased, so Yeah its $16? and just stared at me. I paid it anyway cause for my Grandpa, but if we were just in there you saw me with my grandmother she had paid for the shoes why would the discount applied still not apply. Cause lets be honest you are not gonna give me full price back if i returned them instead of exchanged are you? Nope. This was June 15th 2023.
