Over priced and the trying to suck the oil out with a tube is absolutely dumb. They tried to put 38 lbs of air pressure in my tires the car takes 32 and it's winter what they attempted was foolish and dangerous for driving conditions. Oil change took about 45 minutes and cost me about 100usd after tax. Horrible experience and will not be coming back ill do it myself for half the headache and price.

Advertised a 10 min. oil change and it took approx 40 min. Over priced- local shops charge $60-65 including the extra quart. The premium oil change cost me $85 after the $25 discount. Probably won't recommend or return.

I just had my oil changed today and was helped by Jacob, he is very knowledgeable about vehicles. I've gotten my oil changed here a few times now and Jacob is definitely my favorite tech so far. Ask for him for sure!

Had better experiences at other take 5’s. Took 45-50 min to get my oil change started, 45 for them to complete it, and then they said they topped off my washer fluid and it’s empty lol.

My girlfriend took her car here for an oil change and the guy was super pushy about upselling her on stuff she didn’t need, and then when she let him go ahead and do the work he put the cabin filter in wrong and I had to finish the job for him (the “shop manager” with the lip piercings, real professional.) needless to say after you give a company 300$ for basic maintenance you would atleast hope they would finish the job and have your best interest in mind. BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent service! Professional and courteous staff. They took care of service items my regular oil change company had been slacking on. It was well worth the drive to Baraboo because I came away knowing I received excellent service and now know what I need to take care of before winter. I'll be back!
