“My vehicle is currently at Kruse where it’s been for a month with some pretty serious issues, 1st time customer and let me just say they are all awesome. They’ve definitely got a new lifetime customer in me. They’re not just out to do a repair and get paid. They have taken the time to show me what is wrong with my vehicle, give me all possibilities for repairs as well as likelihood of repair success or failure due to what’s wrong with it. I’ve been many other places and I can just say others would probably fix it, tell you it’ll be fine and send you on your way. I appreciate the honesty of everyone at Kruse as well as them going above and beyond to not only explain what’s wrong but also take me back and show me. They’ve done everything they can to help me out, find the most cost effective but yet complete repair and even found a car to rent for a very good rate. Can’t say enough good about them!! More businesses should take lessons from them!”

“Fast and straight to the point! I would and will go back in the future for most any issues with my Jeep7/27/21Edit: well I hit a deer and went to have an estimate done at someone closer to my house since my Jeep was limping. I then called Caflisch and told him my quote over the phone. He said he could try and do better for a quote and to bring it by.It was worth taking it further to Caflisch and much cheaper than trying to stay closer to home. I’m so glad I found Caflisch Auto!!He has saved me a few times with other vehicles.
