“this is my go to shop. craig and his crew are always great to work with. Had a check engine light come on, stopped in the shop and they quick diagnosed the light for free and talked to me for 10 minutes about how the issue happens which i appreciated as i am not a big car guy. I never feel like im being talked down to and i know my car is in good hands with them.”

“Well got my 2020 nissan altima from here an for the most part the guy jacob helped me figure everything out an answered most of my questions about the car altho there was a few issues it wasnt to big of a deal like there was scratches on the back area an the tail lights were marked with a white n black mark noting the mechanics seen it but we thought it was touch up paint n he didnt say anything let us think tht then wen i got home my gpa noticed the other light had the white mark we missed n told us what it meant. So jacob shuda known that n said sumthn also i kept tryn to figure the loan to value ratio of the car n it was like they kept not wanting to answer me n gave me a run around so now i know i can jus ask my bank in the future n they will know as well. So all things considered i ended up with a pretty nice car definitly will consider goin back for future car purchases.”

“Reasonably priced and does an excellent job. Phil has done the cylinder heads for my Subaru EJ25 and was able to remove a broken spark plug from a cylinder head that had head gasket failure on a 3.4 Liter for me. If I don't have the specific tools and am doing major engine work or other difficult automotive repairs, I can count on Herman's Motor Clinic to get the job done right so I can get my vehicle back up and running. Highly recommend!”

“I took a storm window to have clip which holds it in place replaced. I was very rudely told it could be 2 hours 2 weeks or 2 months. I stopped a week later & again was rudely told they would call if it was ready. I wanted to pick up storm & she couldn't find it ??? Really. She called me a little later & I returned to store. She found window & it was $56. To repair it, which is totally nuts, I took window home & found it will not fit in my window frame. I certainly will not go back there.
They need to consider customer service or get in another line of work.”
“My exhaust system broke while on our honeymoon at the dells. Took the car the same day and had it repaired in less than 24 hours. Prices are great. We can now make it back home from our vacation with a car that is as good as new!”
“I love that everytime I go to this store, the same guy (Mark I think his name is) is there and almost always has the part I need in-house and if not, can most of the time get it from their wharehouse the same day. The other Auto parts stores in town never have the same people working as the last time you were there and or the people are not as knowledgeable.”

These guys have installed multiple sets of tires for me, both all-seasons and snow tires, on several vehicles I’ve owned. They always do a great job, are super friendly, and work really quickly. I’ve had “specialty” tire shops damage my wheels, not say anything, and even mount directional tires the wrong way.
People often gripe about Walmart auto service centers, but I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location.
I will absolutely continue doing business here.”
